Specialising in advising owner-managed entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses, I have extensive experience in providing tailored tax solutions to clients, including corporate acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, reorganisations, tax efficient cash extraction, employee incentivisation schemes and succession planning. I have particular expertise in advising on property transactions and the VAT implications on such transactions.With significant experience in international corporate tax structuring, I am a member of the Executive Council of the International Tax Structuring committee for Baker Tilly International and a Director of Baker Tilly Global Tax Solutions Limited. I am a Fellow member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and am also a qualified Chartered Tax Advisor and member of The Irish Taxation Institute. Being a member of the Institute of Tax VAT Committee, I regularly contribute to TALC meetings with Revenue as part of this Committee. I am a co-author/contributor to the Institute of Tax Student manuals and lecture on VAT on Property on behalf of the Irish Taxation Institute.
