Develops and implements strategies to effectively manage the different aspects of the procurement department, which includes Procurement, & purchasing, whilst assuring supply, quality, services, and cost effectiveness for direct, indirect materials.• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships• Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms• Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services• Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries• Examine and test existing contracts• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness• Collaborate with key persons to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company• Foresee alterations in the comparative negotiating ability of suppliers and clients• Expect unfavorable events through analysis of data and prepare control strategies• Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements• Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs• Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and keeping a constant check on stock levels.• Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers, and building and maintaining good relationships with them.• Evaluating Quotations and making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors; ensuring suppliers are aware of business objectives.• Coordination with planning, stores, finance, production, and operations.• Provide monthly and quarterly purchase report to the top management.• Prepare report evaluation of suppliers all 6 month include (time, quality, place supplier, price).• Purchase all inventory items, supplies, ingredient, and capital equipment, evaluating suppliers of products and materials that may affect the safety of Our Company’s food products.

• prepare monthly purchasing plan• Placing orders with approved suppliers and follow shipping and delivery of ordered items to warehouse.• For non-inventory production items, including supplies and engineering components, the department shall prepare a PURCHASE REQUISITION. Requisitions should be completed and approved.• Purchasing shall complete PURCHASE ORDER for inventory and non inventory items. The purchase order should be completed with all applicable information.• Negotiating pricing with suppliers, purchasing shall analyze terms, vendor, pricing, quantity breaks, etc., and shall order accordingly in the Company's best interest.• Technical support shall maintain an APPROVED VENDOR LIST, identifying suppliers who have demonstrated the capability of meeting the company’s quality and food safety requirements.• Purchasing shall match the receiving paperwork to the open purchase order. The Accounting copy with the receiving paperwork and supporting requisition paperwork shall be forwarded to Accounts Payable. The Purchasing copy shall be filed in the Closed Purchase Order File.

• Maintains updated records of purchase orders, follows up deliveries and processing of all related documents.• Follows up with suppliers, brokers and forwarders to finalize purchase and ensure smooth dispatches and deliveries.• Participates to qualify vendors. Analyses prices, delivery time, quality, specifications. • Obtains raw material or product samples for trial run and approval process. • Maintains updated list of approved vendors.• Participates on negotiations of purchase agreements and prices. Makes recommendations. • Maintains ongoing surveillance of the market. Monitors price trends, keeps abreast of supplies developments.• Makes special analyses of purchasing to seek ways for cost reduction.• Verifies data on Bills of lading, Invoices, Orders, and any entries. • Posts Purchase Order Receipts and generate the Goods Received Note. • Participates in the regular inventory and monthly Cycle Count (if needed).
