As Full stack developer I am working on the front/back end of the Zwitserleven pension portals. In addition, I help the document management team with my expertise to streamline and speed up the migration of 250 million documents• Building new features using C# and Angular 8. Additionally, help to further containerization (Docker) the microservice landscape and introduced a new customized UX framework (based on Angular Material).• Migration trajectory digital archive (250 million documents): Construction of various rest services and introduced Application insights within the team. I ensured that 90% of the manual work in the migration process was no longer needed by automating most of the manual steps. This created fewer errors and smoother/faster processing. • Built several complex reports in powerBi so we have the latest insights into the progress every day. • Performance research of the REST-Api and implementation of various improvements to deal with the higher load.

As (Tech) lead I was responsible for the setup of a new insurtech for VIVAT using Lean Startup method. This included:• Development of new innovation insurance products that used the power of new technology. For example, a location-based travel insurance where the price automatically adjusts based on your (GPS) location.• Responsible for architecture and development of the back-end, backoffice and IOS/Android app (NodeJS/ React Native / Mongo DB / AWS / Heroku / TypeScript).• Setup Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery Flows (CodeShip, Codeclimate). • Responsible for the development-Team, hiring new colleagues, coaching the team working effectively with Scrum and Lean (team 4 ~7 people).• Bi-weekly reporting directly to the executive board of VIVAT.• Presented Vigi at various events, for example: Digital Insurance Agenda (DIA)Munich for 1000 guests and Lean startup summit Amsterdam.
