JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Recruitment: (Internal & External)Define the accurate JDs, priority, grade level, the target date of hiring, academic degree, and experience of the required openings.Post recruitment advertisements throw recruitment and social media websites.Source CVs from databank, recruitment agencies, job fairs, colleges, and recruitment websites.Coordinate with recruitment agencies for foreign candidates until deployment, and then maintain their expense invoices.Prepare employment offers and contracts.Prepare flight tickets for new comers.Arrange accommodation, airport pick-up and medical test for the new employees.Enroll employees and dependents to medical insurance provider.Make induction training for new employees and conduct training for HR department.Prepare evaluation form for probationary period, track monthly evaluation and coordinate with department head.Track visas quota, record allocating visas, and issue E-Wakalas.Update and share recruitment status reports. SAP ERP (Payroll & Leaving Action):Create personal action (hiring new employee, promotion, salary change, etc.).Maintain master data.Add deduction and payments to payroll or off cycle.Simulate payroll (check the salary and deduction entries).Release payroll and post to finance.Calculate vacation advance for expats.Make salary advance for new employees (if necessary).Check for all outstanding deductions (i.e: gratuity advance, salary advance, housing loan, business advance, etc.).Prepare resignation, termination and completion of contract.Calculate final settlement. Implement HR polices & procedures / Saudi labor law. Handle GOSI Online (Payment, addition, deletion, reporting injuries, etc). Familiar with government sites (i.e. Muqeem, HRDF, Injaz, Modon and MCI). Prepare memos, letters and Arabic-English translation.
