TMC is a newly established Dubai based company that provides integrated subsea and marine services.I directly report to the Managing Director and assist him in the daily office operations and organization in the company. So far, I have contributed to putting in place various office arrangements, including but not limited to IT set up, writing administration procedures & policies, corporate deals with various hotels, business/client communications, and ISO consultant sourcing.

Boskalis Offshore Subsea is a division of the Royal Boskalis that delivers turnkey services (Inspection, Repair and Maintenance) to the Offshore Oil and Gas Industry.I reported to the Regional Manager and assisted him in his daily tasks, calendar management, travel arrangements, and client communications. I also double hat and assisted the Commercial Manager in prequalification and bid submissions for the offshore campaigns.

Terraseis provides 2D/3D seismic data acquisition services to international oil exploration companies in the Middle East & West Africa.I helped the VP of Business Development in managing and delivering proposals to oil & gas operators, government agencies, and private sectors; and also did administrative works like travel arrangements to challenging areas for client meetings. I had the best times working with this team and will always be grateful for the skills learned and the memories that we built for 6 years.
