Co-coordinated curriculum development at all levels with responsibility for the Language Arts, Social Studies, Library Media, and Instructional Technology K-12 Curriculum Leadership Committees. Developed and lead authorship of Balanced Literacy Framework guidebook and respective portions of the strategic plan. Provided administrative leadership support for Federal Programs for Titles II, III and V, PA Pact, Classrooms for the Future to include application completion, report compliance and data preparation for PIMS. Harvested data and provided administrative training for eMetric and PVAAS to include data interpretation and implications for instruction. Provided follow-up PSSA data training to teacher leadership committees. Designed and developed data collection tools at both the instructional and district levels. Created and led design of professional development for instructional technology.
