As VP Professional Services at Bynder, the enterprise DAM, I oversee the strategy of Bynder’s service engagements across our EMEA markets, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Support. I lead the Customer Onboarding Managers, who deliver embedded and paid onboarding, implementation, and technical advisory services to new SMB, Enterprise and Strategic customers. I am also responsible for Data Services, Technical Success Management for our existing customers, and Subject Matter Expertise to support all teams.
