Focus on working with start up to mid size organisations through my Limited company Doyenne Advisory Ltd with building out their Talent Acquisition teams and Strategic Talent Acquisition Operations globally. Experience in UK/Europe/LATAM/APAC & US Markets My expertise and passion lie in full Operational and Strategic Talent Acquisition to include:Full ATS Implementation - ATS systems used: GTI, Jobvite, Workday, Successfactors, Taleo - knowledge of Greenhouse and Lever. Have implemented Workday on two global implementations and one for Jobvite where i was responsible for: Creation of test cases, UAT, E2E Recruitment process, R&R, process and system improvement through workshops and feedback, user and system enhancements. through to post Go-live, hypercare, training and building out process flows and User Training Guides. E2E Global Recruitment mapping - Building out global recruitment processes, including sub processes, roles and responsibilities, SLA's and process improvementProgrammes - built out and managed global programmes to include: Gradudate, Intern and Referral programmes. Systems - ATS, Referral, Technical testing Building out Talent teams from scratch to include: TA Partners, Rewards, L&D and HR (full spectrum talent team building)Recruitment training - systems and interviewer/hiring manager Recruiting all level roles globally across both tech and business/corporate functions
