• Execute and supervise the implementation of a beauty contest project to find the best cooperation partner for the company. Handling the legal permission to Kejaksaan Tinggi Jawa Timur, finalizing the regulation until RSSA acquired the cooperation partner they seek. Successfully helping RSSA reach a cooperation agreement with PT Inova Medika Solusindo to develop and manage their hospital information system management application, also assisting RSSA in the implementation of a partnership project with PT Indoraj Arsip Multiguna for the extermination of medical record documents and non-archive hospital documents.• Drafting all legal documents required for the implementation of the beauty contest project, making sure that all of the documents are well archived, creating Microsoft Powerpoint slides about the beauty contest process flow chart and then doing presentations in front of hospital management, reporting the progress of beauty contest to the vice director of general and finance division, giving consultation to help the vice director of general and finance division in making a financial decision regarding the budget that will be used for beauty contest using Microsoft Excel also create assessment table for the judges that participate in the beauty contest.• Drafting and reviewing the cooperation agreements.• Active in coordinating and instructing the staff management regarding the implementation of beauty the contest, in what they have to prepare and do.

While working as an intern there, I'm mainly tasked to input some data about the Animal and Plant that is collected as evidence in some cases to be protected so the evidence is not gone or broken. The Second task that I do is organizing the document that has been in the BBKSDA from 2016-2018, and the document is about the Animals and plants that come in and come out from the company. And then my third task is to make some yearly reports on the Animals and plants that have been collected and moved out from the company. While I was in BBKSDA, I was researching "Prosedur Penanganan Barang Bukti Tumbuhan Satwa Liar yang Dilindungi dalam Tindak Pidana Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan di Balai Besar Konservasi Sumber Daya Alam Jawa Timur."
