I also oversee the communication and public relations functions of the company, and plan and organize events and promotional activities to enhance our reputation and brand awareness in the market. I manage and direct the executive team to achieve defined goals, and develop and improve relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers. I handle any crises promptly and effectively, and analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of our public relations campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
