CurrentAs Head of Home Operations, I oversee and manage the daily operations of our real estate portfolio. I am responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our properties, including acquisitions, evaluations, renovations, leasing, maintenance, financial reporting, and tenant relations.Key Achievements Launched Bonus’ home operations roles from zero-to-one, creating and carrying out SOP’s that enabled Bonus to bring customers through each stage of the funnel and oversaw the evaluation, renovation and continued management of their property.Designed scalable workflows and systems to evaluate, renovate, and lease all properties. These processes resulted in 100% of SLA’s being met or exceeded. Attracted and retained 50% of our customers and showed proof of concept to raise capital and establish equity partners for growth and scale Developed playbooks and operational guidelines for operations projects, including new market launch, using project management methodologies.Collaborated with Operations, Design, and Product to streamline Bonus’ transaction timeline from 30+ days to less than 20.Conduct ongoing financial analysis to track and evaluate property performance, including revenue and expense forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis that resulted in and increased revenue of 8.6% over 6 months. Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and other stakeholders to ensure properties are effectively marketed and managed to maximize occupancy and rental rates that resulted in an average DOM of 17 days exceeding industry benchmarks.
