Managed reporting and ETL flows primarily for donations collected from organizations though the Salesforce Philanthropy Cloud platform. All the data transformations and reporting was done in Salesforce, using Einstein Analytics. Worked with Salesforce administrators to address some data quality and loading logic issues.

During COVID-19, coordinated with the county health department to leverage services across government divisions. Created content for a new junior data analyst track. The material focused on translating business requirements, testing hypotheses, building data visualizations, and telling compelling data stories. Continuity and depth was attained with a course project involving statistical, spatial, and temporal analysis of influenza data.

I worked with SMEs to create reports supporting data driven decision making. This involved the developing, improving, and maintaining operational, management, and executive dashboards. I also performed statistical analysis to support business processes such as forecasting revenue recognition timing and identifying which customers were at risk of churn. I partnered with data architects and engineers on maintenance shifts to address ETL issues when loading data from applications into the Amazon Redshift data warehouse.

Developed content and taught data analytics I and II project based courses which covered data ETL with importing, cleaning, and profiling in databases; data analysis with descriptive statistics, machine learning, and visualization in Python; and data visualization with interactivity, story telling, and guided discovery in Tableau.

Provided analytical support to staff working to address disparities in educational outcomes for human services involved youth. This included bringing visibility to education data through data integration into case management applications, statistical analysis of sub-populations, and community partnerships with other education oriented organizations. Served as the analytic lead in rolling out a business intelligence solution (Tableau). This involved creating content, advising on dashboard design and functionality, running an user's group, training on business intelligence best practices, assisting with Server management, and relationship building across county divisions to allow a single license structure (in both Tableau and ESRI products).Initiated and ran workplace community-supported agriculture (CSA) drop off program.
