Projects being handeled: -Residential: 1800 Acres of Townships, 150 Acres of Group housing projects in various locations, including Highrise, Rowhouses, Villas with over 3000 Dwelling units under inhouse design. -Retail: 2 million sq Feet of Retail including 2 in-house design projects, 3 - Multiplexes (24 screens in all)-Offices: 3 million sq ft of Office Space

- Design Head- Townships: 1300 acres of Township in Gurgaon, Jaipur and Ambala (Completed). New Townships initiated in Gurgaon and Jaipur. - Housing: More than 150 Acres group housing projects in various locations.- Inhouse design of apartments, retail and villas. (Construction of more than 1 million sq feet has been completed)- Established the product strategy function within the organisation. The Product Strategy team is a lean sub-vertical with a sharp focus on creative conceptualization, decision making and rational thought process. - Started the Town-planning Vertical, which is handling the design, detailing as well as regulatory approvals of 1800 acres of Townships across various locations. It has anchored the design and detailing of 900 acres which have already been completed by Vatika (as in March 2015).- Inhouse Design: The inhouse design team which was set up by me completed design of more than 2000 apartments and villas, besides 2 retail complexes. It is now a critical part of Vatika's Project Delivery Chain. Other Responsibilities include: - Cost planning of Residential and Commercial Projects- Migration of strategic information on projects including inventory mapping on ERP platform. Special Mention: I have steered the inception, planning and implementation of Vatika's flagship township of 700 acres in Gurgaon and take great pride in the fact that the first phase of hand-over has started. I am now involved with the next township in Gurgaon, besides two others across the country. I have acquired a comprehensive experience of design and development of large townships, having anchored planning, design, approvals, execution as well as cost management of these projects.

Headed the department of Architecture, responsible for architectural design and design management for all projects under the real estate arm. • Established project objectives and success parameters for all projects. • Restructured the team to evolve into a strategic thinking function.• Design Management for all outsourced real estate projects including commercial and retail buildings, residential complexes, township infrastructure, IT Parks and SEZ. • Member of the core team which formulated the Standard Operating Procedures for the Projects Division. Eliminated several process bottlenecks. • Established in-house architectural design team which is now successfully delivering more than 2.5 million square ft across several projects. • Conceived and designed marketing lounges, show flats and orientation center complexes. • Working on knowledge assimilation and sharing platform. • Also responsible for Appointment of consultants and management of consultants’ work, project deliverables and design costs, critical appraisal and contribution to design concepts and detailing, resolution of process bottlenecks, periodic as well as milestone inspection of execution work at construction sites, ensuring consistent flow of information to execution team.
