The first product was an online ecosystem for companies offering experiences in the touring sector, with the following components: - an online marketplace where the companies could present their experiences; - a B2B portal with the backoffice for activity registration, booking management and reporting; - a B2C portal with the area for the customers; - a backoffice for surekut administration- API for mobile integration and external applicationsThe design of the product and specification was made, along with a promotional teaser.At the start of the pandemic, a new product was designed to provide full digital experience to restaurants, with customizable e-menu (qr code), online ordering and other requests from the customers, and payment management. A freemium model was created, with free services for the menu part, and the other functionalities were available with a subscription model.
