- Developed a comprehensive Climate Impact Framework to assess startups and their products. - Developed through technical and market comparisons of an international selection of startups, looking at potential emissions reductions and investigating downstream and derivative impacts on the environment and people (social, health and human rights).

- Helped create a slide presentation on the climate crisis that was to be posted online – not published. - Developed a social media strategy, aimed at augmenting newsletter subscription rates.

- Co-authored a report on carbon taxes, coordinated the letter-writing campaign and worked on all aspects of the social media campaign of the "Forureneren Betaler" campaign. - I gained deep insight into Danish climate policy, carbon taxation and climate policy making: The campaign involved Denmark's leading climate and economics researchers as well as other NGOs and business leaders. It was timed to coincide with the main political negotiations on climate policy.

- Contributed and led both routine and special meetings with the Rewards Review Survey team and external consultants, providing crucial input on all design decisions. - Responsible for gathering and compiling data from all international offices, participated in discussions on methodology and wrote summaries and support documents for the HR Directors in MSF's five international HQs.- For the Danish office (Læger uden Grænser) I drafted guidelines for new regional social groups, reviewed psycho-social policies and support, and contributed to a psycho-social survey of Danish fieldworkers.

- Trained four new analysts in data collection methods and tools, as well as interview techniques.- Updated market studies for Pakistan and Sierra Leone and finalized and shared the Greece report with external participants.- Supported new analysts with the finalization of their reports.- Assisted in planning courses, course-material and “homework” for new analysts.

- Performed comprehensive salary studies of Syria (2017), Ethiopia (2017) and Turkey (2018), tackling complex challenges especially in the Syria mission. - Conducted over 80 participant interviews across 13 field missions in six countries, through one-on-one meetings with HR- and Country Directors.
