Working in the office's Internal Controllership, as well as supporting the activities of the Tax Litigation and Tax Advisory teams:● Feeding the internal and external legal management system of the client(s), as well as other technological tools (D4Sign, Espaider Office and Multiadv);● Providing support in the internal management of litigation information, as well as with client(s), mainly in the tax field;● Managing deadlines, subpoenas and notifications in the systems: e-Proc, PJe, Projudi, e-CAC, Regularize Portal, SAT/SC, ePat/SP etc.;● Managing, guiding and preparing responses to External Audits for clients, such as KPMG, Ernst & Young (EY), Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC), S&P Dow Jones etc.;● Evaluating data from the internal legal management system, aiming to check and prepare report(s) for the development of strategies by the firm's board of partners and clients.Achievements: ● Implementation of software to automate hearing transcription; ● Improvement of the response procedure to External Audits of clients, such as: KPMG, Ernst & Young (EY), Deloitte, PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC), S&P Dow Jones etc.

Working exclusively for the Tax Litigation and Tax Advisory teams, being responsible for:● Managing, together with the responsible lawyers, tax legal and tax criminal proceedings suspended due to installments, agreements etc., guiding clients towards the correct fulfillment of obligations;● Getting in touch with public entities to file requests, procedural documents and obtain documents, for example: Brazilian Federal Revenue Service — RFB, Brazilian Federal Revenue Office — PGFN, Courts of Justice etc.;● Locating, requesting, organizing and verifying documents and pieces of evidence for the instruction of administrative and judicial procedures and processes;● Assisting in the preparation of administrative requests and procedural documents of low, medium and high complexity, such as requests, counter-reasons, appeals, special appeals (REsp), Extraordinary Appeals (RE), appeals, adhesive appeals etc.;● Recording, editing, reviewing and maintaining information on legal proceedings, procedures, administrative processes and clients in the Espaider Office system;● Monitoring the progress of legal proceedings, procedures and relevant administrative processes of interest or belonging to the office, sharing information for awareness and rapid resolution in the respective cases.
