Maintenance Mechanic ( NTV )Responsible for equipment maintenance for over 1240 pieces of heavy construction and transportation equipment. I supervise Mechanics working in four sections, Heavy Equipment, Transportation, Small vehicle and safety inspection section. I conduct departmental safety and environmental inspections for the maintenance shop and track departmental tools and property on a daily basis. My role has evolved with in the past year with additional duties in the fields of procurement and management of the section to maintain compliance with US federal acquisitions regulations (FAR) and U.S. Army regulations (AR58-1)

Maintenance mechanic (Journeyman); Camp Arifjan, KuwaitI was tasked with the responsibility to perform diagnoses, repairs and maintenance of equipment such as, buses, trucks or tractors, including all MHE equipment ranging from 6k thru 30k forklifts to include cranes 30 ton thru 50 ton. Due to an unexpected mission change I acted as the shop lead for the small arms repair section to ensure technicians corrected faults and properly documented work performed. I became the shop supervisors go to person for correcting quality issues in the shop. I was trained in the SAMS-E system and U.S. Military Maintenance documentation standards.
