Responsibilities:- Setting up the new base in Cairo, design and setup the Pressure test bays for hydraulic and N2 tests as per Pressure Operation Manual.- Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for audits to ensure that equipment is operated within itsdesign envelope to reduce CoSD. If evidence of equipment abuse is found, support corrective action plan development.- Supervising a crew of 20+ person in the base for maintenance.- Implemented the Equipment Delivery Process and enforcing the crew to follow and ensure technicians use maintenance business systems to achieve full cost, time and equipment traceability for maintenance performance, including movements, work orders, parts used and time spent on work orders.- Create a Maintenance plan/forecast for all 3 Sentree 7/Senturian projects (6 SenTurian strings) and conduct daily planning of Field Maintenance Team (Operators, trainees, Maintenance specialist, Maintenance engineers, Field specialist, Field Engineers and offshore Supervisors) maintenance execution activities, as well as for efficiency and productivity optimization.- Improve asset availability by reducing mean time between maintenance through improved fieldrepair versus shop repair ratios, field materials and supplies (M&S) inventory management, and equipment defect reporting. Controlling and planning M&S.- Adhere to Stores procedures and provide input to the GeoMarket TLM Manager and Maintenance Manager for M&S stock-on-hand and M&S needed to fulfill field repairs on hand- Controlling/Requesting third party company services as NDE inspection, Bureau veritas, DNV and others to perform the service needs on subsea tools.- Support a continuous improvement culture and implement reliability improvement practices atthe wellsite or rig, including development and execution of remedial work plans.
