As the owner of LA Custom Homes™, I spearheaded the company's inception, overseeing the establishment of our corporate identity, development of a comprehensive 5-year business plan, capital allocation, research and development initiatives, and management functions. Notably, I led the process of securing preliminary patents for our product line.Additionally, I designed and implemented robust accounting systems, job costing spreadsheets, databases, and item tracking software templates tailored to our product line. In my capacity as Sales & Marketing Director, I was responsible for crafting promotional materials, generating website content, and managing our online presence.One of my significant achievements was orchestrating a high-profile trade show presence, managing all aspects of booth procurement, design, staffing, budgeting, and financing.
