This is my specialty.I have managed hundreds of employees in my life and quite a few of them have called me a Mentor, and this is the greatest satisfaction in the world!Management is not just tasks and time management, it is the understanding that employees are the hands and feet of the manager. And any success we have is a direct result of the team of people we work with.On a personal note, I have always found myself setting up big projects even when I didn't intend to get there. And there is a project that will never end - To Learn and Evolve.I want to learn more about people. About organizations.
