Work with policies of Al Noor Hospital including mission, vision and core valueTaking files from the reception and checking vital signs of the patient Taking Vital signs.Assisting Doctors.Guiding patient if need Laboratory or Diagnostic examination and Pharmacy.Giving priority to the appointment of patient and sick patient.Distributing files to the concerned OPD.Doing all the paper woks for admitting patient and for Insurance approval.Turn & re-position bedridden patients, alone with assistance, to prevent bedsores.Answers patient call signals.Feed patient who are unable to feed themselves.Ensure patient safety and reports any accidents or unsafe practice to the Charge Nurse.Initiate emergency codes as appropriate.Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patient’s visitor and work colleagues
