Falconridge operates on a global basis introducing a patented advanced excavation technology (Tera Slicing Technology -TST). This technology is used in the oil and gas industry to eliminate near-wellbore compaction, to clean formation and to increase permeability. This application results in the re-activation of low performing and closed-in oil and gas wells to bewteen 60% and 85% of original production levels..Specialties: I have acted in various capacities in a number of middle market companies (i.e. CFO, General Manager and CEO). In each instance the industry was totally different and the problems were varied from a lack of profitability, to capitalization issues to poor marketing performance and finally to poor management. In each case a comprehensive plan was developed, the management team reconfigured and/or enfranchised and the plan put into action on a strategic timeline.
