Descent Knowledge about the equipment, materials, and supplies used in the industry and their suppliers. Procured equipment, materials, and systems complying with the project quality and specification requirements in a timely manner within the approved budget cost. Ensured on-time delivery of equipment and materials to the support site installation works as per the approved work program. Ensured compliance with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost and quality.Prepared documentation for internal process as per ISO standards. Developed and maintained good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors.Generated PO for services and materials. Evaluated & Registered new and existing suppliers and negotiated purchase agreements with them.Procurement and sales for Valves and oil and gas static and rotary equipment.- Asset integrity of static equipment, pipes, and valvesScope of products:- All Valve types (Manual & Automated) including related spare parts.- Wellhead- HIPPS- Christmas tree- Participate in facilities audit activities.- Descent knowledge in Pipes, Fittings, Flanges, Valves, Pumps, Turbines, Tanks, Generators.- Review reference standards as per data sheets & review technical offers compliance.- Hire, train and develop competent staff for attainment of specified goals – staff members are topossess flexibility and be capable of normal managerial succession (Intellectual Capital). Direct,coordinate, assign, monitor, and review the work of individuals engaged in supply chain related duties.- Actively pursue cost savings and cost avoidance through an aggressive supplier quotation program.

- Sales and Procurement Experience in Valves (API 6D, 6DSS, 6A, 16C, 600, 602, 609), ADNOC, KOC,EGPC, with body material CS, SS, SDSS, DI, CI, PVC, CPVC for upstream, downstream and refineryservices.- Valves, HIPSS vendor network and Customer relationship development.- Maintain client and vendor relationships.- Enquiry review and sourcing strategy planning, Data Sheets, GAD to ensure quotations alignment.- Quotation review and negotiations- Drafting/Issuing and releasing Purchase orders, LOI, Agencies and representation agreements andcontracts- Collaborate with staff, other departments, senior management, and decision makers to shareinformation, problem solving, and to clarify management objectives.- Generate effective communications, good relations and a positive image with suppliers and coworkers, promoting courtesy, objectivity, and fairness.- Asset integrity of static equipment, pipes, and valves- Talent & technical knowledge development of new Valves technicians and technical and procurementEngineers- Valve processing knowledge in sealant injection and operating stroke adjustment, manufacturing,sourcing, sales, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance (onsite & at mechanical workshop) (stuck,leakage & passing) (onshore & offshore) API 6A, 6D, 600, 602 Ball, Gate, Globe, Check, Needle,Choke Valves all types and body construction. - Collect market/competitor information and keep abreast of Oil and Gas industry and commercialactivities.- Study data of Government and industry expansion / investment plans to determine prospectivecustomers in the UAE and GCC Region.- Assist in formulating and planning yearly Business Development budget and sales calendar.- Generate reports on competition and conduct SWOT analysis of competitors to leverage theCompany’s competitive advantage to stay ahead of present and potential competition in the industry.- Conduct research on industry opportunities & emerging trends to provide expert advice on futurebusiness prospects and areas that the Company must focus on- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with top clients, competitors, consultants,and official decision makers.- Conduct meetings / tour of facilities for potential clients and other stakeholders.- Meet subordinates and colleagues for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.- Coordinate and review work with Business Analysts to ensure timely achievement of set objectives.Plan, coordinate and allocate resources to subordinates.- Attending EPC Conferences / industry exhibitions to network with Clients and other stakeholders.- Provide inputs to the development of the business plan for the Department.- Prepare presentations & hold discussions with clients and potential clients to understand their needsand follow up on new business opportunities.- Prepare bids strategy assessments and evaluate potential projects for consideration by Managementand monitor related progress and estimations.- Solicit client feedback through the project proposal and execution phases.- Contribute to the development of marketing & promotional literature and products.- Coordinate with internal cross functional teams for up gradation of activities.- Standard and specs review to justify technical conflicts (ASME, ASTM, TAT, API, ISO, ADNOC, KOC)

- Valves manufacturing, sourcing, sales, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance (onsite & at mechanicalworkshop) (stuck, leakage & passing) (onshore & offshore) API 6A, 6D, 600, 602 Ball, Gate, Globe,- Check, Needle, Choke Valves all types and body construction. From 1/2” up to 48” Class 150 up to 20KPSI, sealant injection and operating stroke adjustment.- Asset integrity of static equipment, pipes and valves.- On-site (Onshore & Offshore) Field experience working on plants, online equipment survey, majorturnaround and field troubleshooting.- Technical support to operating facilities/plants such as water injection and firefighting piping system,shutdown projects for plant equipment replacement, and talent & technical knowledge development ofnew Valves Technicians and Engineers.- Performing Valves and equipment adjustment and hydrotesting (Low- and high-pressure tests) as perAPI, and approval of plant QC team.- Safety Risk assessment for on-site (onshore and offshore) and workshop technical tasks and takingsafety precautions.- Preparing Safety hot and cold work permit.- API 6FA and 607 fire safe destructive test sample Valve type/size/class selection for production scoperange coverage.- Technical support to operating facilities/plants such as water injection and firefighting piping system,shutdown projects for plant equipment replacement, and talent & technical knowledge development ofnew Valves Technicians and Engineers- Data sheets & Technical clarification and confirm meeting customer requirement & satisfaction.- Performing Valves and equipment adjustment and hydrotesting (Low- and high-pressure tests) as perAPI, and approval of plant QC team.- Provide support to maintenance organizations e.g., Machine Shop or Welding Shop by developingrepair procedures and following up with on-going repairs.
