Commercial Director for the Hellinikon, which is the largest urban regeneration development project in Europe. Reporting to the CDO, the role covers all commercial aspects of the project for all the use classes across the entire scheme, such as sales, rentals and leasing of residential and commercial space, introducing and negotiating with investors, developers and other third parties, hotel and other operators (e.g. multifamily / PRS, student housing, senior living) as well as anything that relates to maximising value and minimising risk for the company. Building and leading a multi-disciplinary team of field specialists across all use classes. Occupying a prime seafront location in Greece's capital city, the Hellinikon site is the former international airport of Athens and spans c.600ha. With a development capacity of approximately 3 million square meters of buildable area, the Hellinikon will offer a range of use classes, including 10,000 residential units, 3,500 hotel keys, offices, shopping malls, marina, casino, education & medical facilities, and most importantly, a 200ha metropolitan park that will offer sports facilities, event halls and numerous other public amenities and facilities.The Hellinikon is expected to act as a catalyst in transforming Athens into a truly global city, able to attract human and economic capital.
