Plans and orders services, contractors or materials needed for the execution of the appropriate program. Represents the Company at the well site and associated field locations when required and applicable.Be responsible for evaluating and implementing new technologies, improving operational efficiencies as well as well performance and working with field supervisors during project implementation.

Prepares & designs rig programs of upcoming work, arranges for necessary supplies and equipment, attends and participates in various drilling, testing, logging, workover and completion operations. Directs contractors work to obtain required samples for on-site analysis and coordinates the day to day operational procedures for required data acquisition. Ensures adherence by contractor and subordinates to Company safety regulations and quality control standards. Prepares final well completion and Workover reports in conjunction with: Subsurface reservoir and geology details; Time spent and cost incurred; Technical and financial reports on techniques and equipment used; Contractor’s performance.
