I developed an interest in user experience while studying informatics and psychology. I ended up specializing in human computer interaction and started working with usability and interaction design in different products in 2004, ranging from usability testing with children, interaction design of web applications, web form design, design of mobile applications to service design. The last 10 years I’ve specialized in service- and system-oriented design, focusing more on strategic design activities, stakeholder mapping and visions, mapping complex actor or service journeys holistically. I’m currently team lead for Service design in NHN, where I focus on bringing design tools and approaches into strategic aspects for the whole company, as well as integrating them into project model and processes. My major strength is the ability to see different aspects in a topic and to find solutions that are satisfying for multiple stakeholders and actors, including the company. I work structurally and rely on established methods for user centric development when striving for a total experience in products or services.I love working with experience design because you can achieve gratitude and satisfaction in so many levels and among different kind of actors. To see a user to just “do” the task without thinking, or to facilitate a workshop where the participants have really understood the importance of good user experience, or to participate in a company strategy process and create illustrations and visualizations that clarify different opinions and create a common understanding is a rewarding feeling.Specialties: * Service design process and framework* System oriented design* Strategic design
