I am the Visual Merchandising/ Operations Lead for Alex and Ani's retail location in Saratoga Springs, New York. In this role I contribute to the marketing and sales of the retail location by ensuring all visual merchandising standards are being executed effectively and efficiently to completion. Alex and Ani's most important driving force behind their motto of "Positive Energy" is ensuring customer service is top notch. It is a pleasure on a daily basis to not only make the store environment look it's best, but to also get to connect with customers in a positive way that keeps them coming back again and again. Working side by side with the store management team and district visual coordinator we have been able to do great things to ensure the continued level of excellence in product knowledge, merchandise control and customer service. Prior to becoming the Visual/Operations Lead for the Saratoga Springs Location I worked as a sales representative in the same retail store. In my twelve months in that position I was lucky enough to be part of a team that emphasizes customer service being a number one priority. I was also given opportunities to work with amazing charity organizations along side a member of the management team to execute and plan in store charity events and volunteer opportunities. I am truly passionate about my work. I am a self motivated person and enjoy the opportunity to fulfill the needs and wants of the corporation as well as the clients that come in to shop with us.I have a high school diploma and some college experience. I have extensive experience and training in customer service.I am always interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers, or exploring new opportunities to grow my skills and experience.
