I am in charge of managing current client accounts as well as focusing on bringing on new clients month on month in order to streamline income growth year on year. My goal is to establish ActiveLoc as a global provider of localization services and to ensure that all of our clients receive the same high-quality service and have a smooth professional relationship.ActiveLoc is a providing language translation and localization solution in over 170 languages. We provide a full range of language and business services including Content translation, App Localization, Website Localization, Voice-Over, Subtitling and linguistic Consulting .Key responsibilities:Manage business development processes within the localization branch of ActiveLoc.-Develops new business relationships and serves as the first level of support to existing clients.-Research prospective clients through several strategies including internet research, trade show lists, referrals, various professional directories and personal investigation-Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy-Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process-Liaise with production to ensure that all jobs are handled appropriately and with keen attention to detail, resulting in a perfect product-Consistently follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service
