Postdoctoral ScientistEunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute Of Child Health And Human Development (Nichd) Jan 2017 - Feb 2019Bethesda, MdDr. Stojilkovic's laboratory is focused in understanding how hypothalamic and pituitary cells use ion channels and G protein-coupled receptors (GPCR) as signaling platforms in order to efficiently process information, both intercellularly and intracellularly. My research is focused on elucidating the role of IA-2 and IA-2beta tyrosine phosphatases in mice reproduction; using double knock out mice for IA-2 and IA-2beta. -

Post-Doctoral FellowNational Institute Of Neurological Disorders And Stroke (Ninds) Jan 2014 - Jan 2017Bethesda, MdDr. Wray's laboratory addresses critical neurobiological issues such as phenotypic commitment and mechanisms involved in neuronal migration. Projects focus on craniofacial development, differentiation and migration of GnRH cells, and olfactory axon outgrowth. This system is a model for neurons exhibiting axophilic migration.Study the role of Thyroid Hormone Receptor and Integrin receptors in the migration of GnRH neurons. My project was mainly focused on elucidating the role of Thyroid hormones in GnRH neuronal migration. Using specific mice models and primary GnRH cultures. -
