Drive / Formation of Strategies of Simpex Pharma Growth & Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division optimizing the operations including Production, Quality, Supply chain, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Logistics, Projects and Maintenance and business development, Marketing. Striving to increase production, assets' capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs. Ensuring Company's conformity to all standards, norms, practices, and policies are being followed, emerging technologies and trends in operations management. Also, i will oversee all daily operations of the various operations in Corporate & Plants in India, from manufacturing to end delivery ensuring all policies & procedures are followed and new markets, registrations and expand the business portfolios. I will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of commercial operations professionals, developing processes and commercial operations infrastructure and capabilities, establishing organizational success metrics, and developing and achieving strategic priorities.
