For over 25 years I have been leading growth and change in telecoms and technology businesses - and I pride myself on getting things done. Now, working as a Non-Executive Chairman and Director to mostly Private Equity owned businesses, I enjoy helping others deliver the growth and success they aspire to.I have built high performing teams, led considerable growth, transformed performance and delivered turnarounds. I've been involved in many acquisitions and successfully sold several businesses. With a background that was initially technical then commercial and now in leadership I can adapt to different roles and requirements. I've successfully led teams in sales and marketing, operations, product management, service provision, manufacturing and in general management.I believe in starting with strategic clarity - knowing where we are going with everyone understanding how they contribute.
