HEAT Dance Team is a student run dance team at Western University. Through my position I am responsible for organizing and facilitating competitive dance team auditions and selecting dancers to represent Western University at three Ontario University Varsity Dance Competitions. My duties extend to managing administrative functions for the 50 member team through frequent communication regarding, and careful organization of, team rehearsals, issuance of invoices and processing of payments, competition entry submissions, etc. Alongside my executive position, I also perform as a lead member in various dance routines.

Responsible for improving client visibility and accuracy on search queries, including review of location data, categorization of business information to client preferences, and management of client relationships through response to business reviews.

RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust is Canada's largest Retail REIT. I was involved in establishing a centralized resource for project information by analyzing, categorizing, and transferring property blueprint plans to an internal database system. These efforts enabled time savings for key project members and increased cross functional transparency of project information across the organization. I evaluated project proposals from consulting firms to identify which firm’s proposal was the most compelling to aid in an employee restructuring process, creating a recommendation report to be presented to Senior Executives for further decision-making.

As the Office Administrative Assistant for Elite Dance Corps I managed customer accounts through the issuance of invoices and processing of customer payments. I was able to identify delinquent accounts, following up with customers ensure payments were received by the required deadlines. My passion and love for dance allowed me to build rapport with current and potential customers through ease of communication and familiarity, answering any questions or concerns regarding the dance season. Effective and honest communication helped to ensure and maintain customer satisfaction.
