Checking Database, Identifying and sourcing prospective candidates using job portals, friends, and references.Telecom with the candidates to judge the candidates suitability, attitude, academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills, fitment in company’s salary band, explaining role and growth in the organization etc., before forwarding it to the client.Follow-up with the senior (internally) and with clients.Organizing telephonic and personal interviews.Meet up the local candidates, if possible before they meet clients to know them better or into final stage.Ensuring selected candidates receive offers, send acceptance and finally join on the scheduled date.Was also into hiring of H1B, Green Card, Citizens, OPT-EAD, L1, L2-EAD, consultants for full time positions.Gauging their communication skills and mapping their willingness to join the organization, taking down all vital information regarding visa status, willingness to relocate, expiration date of the visa, and salary expectations.Maintaining a constant interaction with the consultants hence there-by keeping them in loop and finally getting them placed when the process completes.Was also involved in marketing and selling the candidates according to the skillsets which were hired by me.
