Technical SupportThe details of the various assignments that I have handled are listed here,• Collaborate with the alliance partners’ CoE, Competency and Presales teams to build joint solutions test tools• Provide technical enablement and demonstrations to the Clients, Presales, Practice and Delivery teams on the different testing tools products including new age products, product enhancements and use cases• Work in close collaboration with the presales partners on RFx, deals and opportunities, by providing required technical inputs and clarifications, Bill of Material (BOM) and solution recommendations.
