Ensure compliance to SOP pertaining to day to day functioning of the organization Involvement in receipt/ filing of SOP for Keyed customers revision/ additional requirements of each project Analyze & understand each project specific requirement, have regular discussion with cross functional LOBs to drive a smooth way of delivery. Ensure/follow-up the pre-alert containing HBL, MBL & supplier’s doc - must be forwarded to Customer in India before cargo arrival from respective location. Monitoring of cargo tracking details each shipment - inform to customer on regular basis. Co-ordinate with Brokerage Team - necessary BoE filed on receipt of basic documents from Customer & Pre - alert doc from HWL-Import team. Co-ordinate with Brokerage team - If any customs query, mis-match Doc - highlighted with Customer to collect necessary proof and submit with Brokerage Ops team for immediate clearance. For Delivery - Co-ordinate with respective Project Manager - implement delivery plan and take proactive measures availability of equipment for unloading at the site. Co-ordinate/follow-up with Ocean/Air import Team for necessary update in Hellogic system (reg. Date of clearance, delivery, etc.,) on regular basis Ocean/Air freight & Brokerage billing - ensure for timely submission with customer thru Credit Control Team.
