Presently working as Manager Project & construction Electrical in Tata Steel Ltd Kalinganagar in brown field project SMS PH#2. Finalization of BOQ, involvement in package ordering for project, planning, execution, contract management in steel Plant.Project management & construction, Electrical Construction, Erection, testing, commissioning of electrical equipment’s, Quality & Safety, Project handing over, Construction of EIC (Electrical, Instrumentation & Control).Project execution within assigned time and cost meeting safety and quality parameters. Compliance to project schedule, control on Project Cost, coordination with Engineering & Procurement, site management with construction contractor, syndication with Engineering dept., ensuring timely inspection & availability of material at site. Ensure document control, compliance to all statutory requirements at various stages of project. Ensuring HSE compliance at every stage of project execution.

Commissioned Successfully Green field power system project 220KV / 33KV substation along with 33KV GIS and 80MVA Power Transformer along with the 220KV DC Transmission line (Length- 8 KM) and 220KV underground cable work (Horizontal Directional Drilling) Length 1.6KM under OPTCL supervision Construction and commissioned the 220KV DC Transmission line (Length- 8 KM) and 220KV underground cable work (Horizontal Directional Drilling) Length 1.6KM. Hands-on experience in erection, testing & commissioning of electrical equipment's i.e. HT & LT switch-gears, Power transformers (80 MVA, 100MVA, 25 MVA, 2 5MVA), 18MVA furnace transformers, power systems, Motors Drives etc.Finalization of BOQ, involvement in package ordering for project, planning, execution, contract management in steel Plant & ferrochrome plant project.Reviewing & construction of engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for erection & commissioning of project. Completed & commissioned several projects in steel & Ferrochrome plant I.e. BQT plant, 18MVA furnace, LBSS & 220KV MRSS substation.Responsible for concept to commissioning of project I.e. initiation of project to commissioning and handing over.Erection & commissioning of finished product handling system (FPHS), Metal recovery plant (MRP) etc. Completed FDA & PA system.Ensuring completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
