As the Branch Head - Gurgaon, was responsible for the complete P & L, Revenue generation for all TOI Group Publications and operations of one of the biggest Response branch.Prior to this, led a 20 member team for generating revenue through display advertising - both B/W and colour across all categories. Additionally was also responsible for the industry specific verticals created within the Display team. Was responsible for the following focus sectors:• Automobiles• Telecom• Real Estate• Education.These focus groups were an extension of the display team and were required to liaise closely with the respective industries i.e. clients, apex bodies and advertising agencies. This called for periodic reviews and refreshing modules to keep pace with the changing scenarios in these fast growing sectors.Achievements•Substantially overshot the set revenue targets for the branch and generated additional revenue through special initiatives in Auto and telecom categories.•Organised career counseling and other relevant programs for the education category.•Developed new revenue models such as educational fairs for the educational vertical and property fairs under "Times Property banner to achieve market leadership, traditionally the stronghold of competition.
