I efficiently led a team & handled the procurement / planning of raw material, CAPEX items, sourcing of indirect components, indirect / direct material price finalization, packing material, stock items, service contracts, logistic contracts, scrap sales, vendor development and job works. Played a key role in developing & managing procurement of bulk raw materials like Copper (40 Ton / Month), Tin (0.3 Ton / Month), Lead (10 Ton / Month), Steel (100 Ton / Month) and Plating Chemicals with target of cost savings through optimization and negotiations.
