My Jobs and responsibilities were end to end project development and management -✔️ Requirement gathering from Client/Customer✔️ Provide Solution Architecture for Web and Hybrid Mobile applications✔️ Work with Graphics Designer to get wire-frame or prototype of project to share with client and share with team members after client approval for development✔️ Assign work to team members which includes FE & BE developers and Tester(s)✔️ Schedule calls with client✔️ Daily scrum calls to get/share progress update from every team member✔️ Manage and publish application on TestFlight, App Store, App Tester and Play Store✔️ Setup & manage server for development, staging and production environment✔️ Deploy source code and take backup of database manually
