•A member of the Global Value Advisory (GVA) team, supporting strategic value discussions for transformation projects through performance benchmarking, business case development and value measurement• Provide end-to-end support for Value management platform usage, access governance, enablement, and categorization of field teams, partners, and customers• Deliver comprehensive training to enable partners and customers to effectively utilize the Value Platform• Conduct industry, internal, and competitive research, leveraging third-party research sites to derive proof points and soundbites• Manage internal communications using the WorkZone platform to facilitate enablement and communications• Drive and support Global Value management programs to increase customer satisfaction and retention• Work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including Customers, Knowledge Leaders, Global Value Engineers, Partners, Directors, trainees, etc.• Successfully lead and manage the SAP Knowledge Management (FAST) platform • Prepare company profiles to support SAP deal teams globally• Actively cater to the business needs and requirements of SAP Partners and customers, delivering insights and charts that play a critical role in the decision-making process• Conduct detailed year-end analysis and reporting, presenting consolidated findings to the management team• Lead the Research Desk, serving as the primary point of contact for secondary research site Hoovers. Support account executives in their Account planning phase, performing research analysis based on annual and other analyst reports.
