I focus on Growth Strategy and Transformation. My expertise lies in developing and implementing client-focused strategies and tactics that accelerate profitable growth. I build the systems that help achieve the growth strategy. A unique aspect of my work is that - I drive sales by implementing all growth programs into the sales engine of my firm. Once the growth strategy is developed, I work with my Marketing and CX teams (part of my group) to create sales programs. My teams work with the sales group to implement those programs. The SalesForce team also works very closely with me to track all activity and results.As a strategy consultant at firms like McKinsey and PwC, I have worked with dozens of C-suite teams in financial services to help drive growth.My bavkground is a combination of management consulting and hands-on operating experience. At City National Bank (US subsidiary of RBC) I led the Strategy and Transformation group. I led Strategy, Transformation, Marketing and Client Experience for the Wealth Management group which includes the Private Bank and City National Rochdale (Investment Management group). The Private Bank caters to HNW/UHNW clients, while CNR works with Independent Financial Advisors win and serve HNW clients in the area of investment management. I developed the Growth Strategy blueprint for the firm. I have implemented this blueprint starting with launching a wholistic suite of new products/services (Trust and Estate, Comprehensive Advanced Wealth Planning, banking and lending products). As part of the transformation, my team built a completely new sales platform (SAS Engine - Sales Analytics and Strategy). We developed and implemented an actionable client segmentation which has now been adopted by the entire firm - we have developed a tiered service delivery model that is based on this segmentation. All sales and service initiatives are also based on this segmentation.
