Online search is currently dominated by a technology that was developed to support efficient crawling/scraping of the Internet. Google (the dominant search player) primarily ranks and positions a web resource based on the quality of its back-references. Google doesn’t measure the credibility of any data before storing the same in its search index. It consequently provides inaccurate search results.ValiDeck is an idea to build a search index on the back of online reviews and customer transaction records (CTR). The index will power the SOLVEE search engine and allow Internet users to find products, businesses, and services that they can trust. To build the search index, we will customize the Point of Sale (POS) such that online/offline customers are able to save a copy of their transactions anonymously into their ValiDeck accounts. The transaction records will be saved against a unique ID given to them by an institution that has an official record of him/her.We've linked the ValiDeck concept with the Merchant Loyalty Program which currently requires customers to acquire a merchant-specific card or share their personal ID (phone/email) to become a loyalty program member. The ValiDeck concept eliminates this requirement by allowing customers to join unlimited loyalty programs via their ValiDeck account IDs. The ValiDeck Merchant Loyalty Program will allow any merchant/vendor to start a token-based loyalty program at a fraction of the cost of running a card-based loyalty program.We've filed US and PCT patents comprising four inventions: (a) A Social Search Engine; (b) A framework to generate Contextually Relevant Feedback Forms, (c) A Smart Wallet, and (d) A Token-based Loyalty Program. The four inventions are quite impactful and promising in rapidly building a user base that'll benefit from our technology.
