Recruitment Management, Performance Management, Succession Planning and Compensation Management. Facilitated adoption of extreme programming methods including Agile and Test Driven Development. Led key projects such as user interface standardization for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility and usability; midst fast pace development.

Responsible for building the Talent Management product development team from ground-up. Instrumental in evaluation of technology stacks and prototypes. Played a hands-on role and led the team in creation of highly scalable and configurable enterprise product platform, and first SaaS product in the Integrated Talent Management suite of products.

Over 7.5+ years with the company built the following cloud products from ground up and instrumental in scaling it up to enterprise-grade. • Xora Field Service Manager: Founding engineer of the product, bootstrapped at Mountain view and Built from the ground up.• Xora GPS TimeTrack: Built real-time tracking of field workers on first-generation J2ME devices and built Google Map equivalent software 5 years before Google Map was launched.• PlainSpeak: Early member of the team, that built a voice recognition software to drive enterprise operations similar to Amazon Alexa but 14 years before its time. This product was put to rest due to voice tech immaturityAs of 2019. Led the development of extension of mobile solution on newer mobile devices and platforms. responsible for transformation of the user interface to Web 2.0 standards and GIS Map interfaces for high-performance real-time tracking of GPS data and work order transactions through J2ME and Blackberry device applications.

Responsible for building the development team from ground up, coaching and mentoring on base architecture of the platform, and making them productive to rapidly deliver features to market. Developed mobile to web communication protocols to enable work order transactions through mobile devices by field-force.

I continued my role as a lead developer and architect of Mobile Workforce Management product as an enterprise, mobile, SaaS and multi-tenant solution, after the prototype was approved and funding secured. I was responsible for development of base architecture and first release of the product to market.

Initial member of the start-up responsible for managing enterprise servers and writing deployment scripts on Unix platform for voice recognition and enterprise connect solution called PlainSpeak. The company re-positioned itself into Location Based Services space and I was responsible for prototyping the web and mobile application to build a mobile workforce management product.

Responsible for following key projects:Digital Insight (now Intuit): Built a scraping engine for financial account aggregation web application using Java, XML parser and XSL transformation techniques.Tavolo (now Amazon): Built an order management system on Java based client server platform and assisted in migration from legacy platform.

Part of the team responsible for development of J2EE based visa Dropbox application for TT Services which facilitated US visa application and tracking.
