Marketing Specialist
CurrentKey Responsibilities -1. Marketing the training packages through different platforms using traditional as well as digital channels2. Research and analyse the competition and all aspects of REACH’s cohort to do targeted marketing3. Develop an effective marketing strategy and plan, execute them, and prepare periodical report4. Develop, implement, and track various digital marketing programs such as social media or any other digital campaigns, and Email marketing5. Managing campaigns considering the concept of marketing such as product mix, pricing, advertising, and sales promotion.6. Develop and execute the plan to tap into new market by identifying opportunities and trends of the market7. Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and learner’s lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels8. Develop brand image and promotion strategies for training packages and services provided by REACH9. Develop promotional materials, such as Artwork for social media, posters, flyers and pamphlets ensuring the brand guidelines using graphic designing software such as CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva.10. Executing, managing, and monitoring marketing through Google Ads11. Develop and manage the CRM System – HubSpot for effective communication and marketing purposes12. Manage and use Student Management System - VETtrak for different marketing strategies13. Collaborate with other internal teams (QA, Administration, Student Support, and others) to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives14. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for REACH’s website ensuring the rank improvement on search engine15. Use SharePoint effectively to integrate the marketing communications across REACH
