Key Achievements :-- Perform detailed financial analysis, including discounted cash flow, precedent transactions, and comparable company analyses.- Analyse a target company's financial statements, assets, liabilities, contracts, and other significant information. Assist in structuring the terms of the deal, including payment methods (stock, cash, or a combination) and other pertinent details.- Participate in drafting and reviewing transaction documents, such as Letters of Intent (LOIs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), and definitive agreements.
