He also leads trainings & delivers support; and collaborates with developers, designers, systems administrators & clients, tailoring web solutions to meet their requirements.His Major Long-Term Project Includes:* Effort and Time-Off Tracking Web Application: As the Principal Developer and primary support for this time tracking, accounting, and financial planning software, Alon has led the product across 6+ major revisions, 12+ feature enhancements, and hundreds of releases, managing an agile team of up to 7 people. * Managed building, CI, deployment. Transformed app from static webpages to dynamic web application.
