As an Operations Analyst I work with Self-Storage locations on many aspects of their accounts from start to finish. I assist the states of HI, AK, WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ as well as BC in the setup process for their WebSelfStorage accounts. I have also built great relationships with the larger groups on our business platform and now handle all of their accounts. I have developed a great understanding of our Centralized and Certified mailing program and have become specialized in the letters functionality of our system. I also handle all of the change of ownerships that take place within the WebSelfStorage program. I also handle our Social Media pages for WebSelfStorage and the U-Haul Self-Storage Affiliate Network. I manage our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages and groups. In addition to overseeing these pages I also work on reporting to track the success of our social media outlets and identify trends.
