I'm a Workday Consultant working for a US Client as Workday Systems Administrator within Workday Support Team. We give support to users on all modules of WD HCM and Finance. Including their Reporting and Security. We also provide business support on maintenance and improvements of the BPs configurations, security, user access and training.

I was the Solution Owner/ Product Manager of Plan & Manage Demand of Workday HCM Recruiting & Onboarding of all Accenture countries worldwide. I represented the voice of the business leads and help them solve their challenges. I led a multicultural scrum team of 12 members including Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers and Testers. I owned a product backlog of around 100 PBIs and features where I continuously prioritized and redefined it through sprints. I defined the Acceptance Criteria and release timelines. I had 1 direct associate manager assisting me. I also coordinate efforts with other scrum teams like Security and Legal. I was also involved on Workday Reporting designing and enhancing reports related to HR. I supervised the design and releases of communication and learning materials. We used ServiceNow to manage Workday support tickets, for tier1 and 2 assignments and communication to end user. To track Tier 3 ticket statuses, work logs, documentation, resolutions, escalated and complex Workday issues we usted Azure DevOps. I have Deep knowledge of Workday HCM Business Processes Configurations, brainstorming, change mgmt., process improvement and leadership stakeholders mgmt.

I gave PMO support to some finance executives. The areas supported were: Workplace Capacity Management, Talent Management (headcount and positions), Performance Management, Budget & Reporting and Technology Infrastructure (SharePoint, Mailboxes, Mail groups). Two JDI approved and Implemented. I had one dependant. I participated and coordinated some projects such as BCP, OE, ISO 27001 and some workplace moves. I was also the reference of HR and Information Security topics.

I was one of the team leads of the Market Development & Initiatives Finance Team and we gave finance support to marketing and finance leads around the world. Coordination of Accounting, Reporting and forecasting were the main duties of my role. I had two dependants. I performed the monthly scorecard with the metrics of my team and I also sent the global report to leadership. I participated in a transition where we moved an internal process to Manila. I also participated in the fusion of the MD&I finance team with Cost Management Team.
