I'm 45 years oldMy training and preparation have allowed me to carry out positions and functions in organizations where with effort and from where excellent results are obtained, this is facilitated with communication between people and especially with horses since I started my contact from a early age with them, and until today I obtained certification in equine ethology. As a candidate I currently have one year and nine months working in a stable in UAE, but I have been involved in the equestrian business at a professional level since 2008 teaching and training riders and horses. Im still learning in order to improve my career in this sector. As for my direct administration experience, for a year I held the position of manager of a school that had 120 staff, 370 horses (280 school horses and 90 livery clients) 6 arenas, 12 vehicles, 25 stables, 5 food of warehouses, 2 warehouse set-ups, veterinary hospital with 25 stables, 1 large Turnout paddocks, 2 Lunge arenas, 5 Horse walkers, 1 International sized competition arena, clubhouse, restaurant, museum, VIP area, and social area, for all this it is necessary to work with a large and varied number of people. To achieve this, the proper use of technology is necessary to help plan, follow the plans and verify the results, based on discipline, planning, teamwork and the quality of the instructors that will make a difference.A good manager must be able to running activities, being an example for the work team, using various methods and supervision that allow the correct development of activities and the early correction of errors and the preparation of second plans and alternatives in case of need, in which case most of these work tools are already stored and ready to use.
