• Monitor and continuously improve daily quality/efficiency performance for assigned areas.• Design and procure production tooling, processing equipment and workstations.• Coordinate layout and workstation move activities.• Prepares time estimates for proposed projects and evaluates time factors.• Minimize change over time by ensuring programs use common set-ups where possible.• Verify that machine maintenance is being performed on schedule.• Reduce manual assembly scrap by monitoring quality data and taking corrective action to improve, correct the operations or improve workstations.• Analyzes work force utilization, facility layout, and operational data such as production costs, process flow charts, and production schedules, to determine efficient utilization of workers and equipment.

• Performs the functions of liaison, coordinator, planner and trainer between cataloging, Merchandising and AutoZone Vendors for catalog data inbound/outbound requirements and logistics. • Runs validations, analyze and parse data received from the vendors. • Communicate and give follow-up to problems related to catalog data structure, quality, completeness, timeliness, and impact. • Create data entry work orders with processing instructions. • Document part type data entry guidelines. • Perform catalog, part type and store mapping & setting. • Synchronizes catalog and item file data elements. • Follows up with Team Leaders on data entry progress. • Reports work order and content project statuses to management.

• Serve as a primary contact for problem resolution, information gathering, and coordination with other teams. • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or problems in the timeliest manner possible.• Support and train team members on data entry, work methodologies, catalog interpretation, automotive technical knowledge, and research resources. • Spot check work completed by team members to verify following of processes and procedures. Monitor team and individual metrics on a monthly basis and take action on weak areas. • Review size and complexity of catalogs prior to processing to adequate assignments and balance team member load. • Allocate team resources and make weekly production plan to meet commitments and deadlines. Analyze workflow and assignments to ensure efficient/cost effective operations. • Workforce management. • Interprets, analyzes, researches, validates, and maps/enters/updates automobile parts electronic catalog data ensuring process output meets cost, time, quality, integrity, consistency, and service standards. • Applies advanced data entry, excel, macros, and database management skills to process large amounts of data that meet complex requirements in a short period of time. • Writes and maintains process documentation and aids. • Keeps production records and backups. • Trains new hires and peers from A to Z. • Leads special projects and programs.

• Keep updated the time and motion studies from the production lines and cells.• Improve the process flow in order to have a better use of the productive area and provide space for new business.• Perform ergonomics studies to achieve ¨Zero anti-ergonomic conditions¨• Apply techniques and methods to support work-teams to achieve a 100% of implementation and adherence to the TS16949 (SPC, FMEAS, PPAP, APQP, 8D’s, 5W’s) and ISO 14001 procedures.• Implement and follow Lean Manufacturing tools: Visual Factory, Kanban, Kaisen, 5´s, FIFO´s, etc.• Perform the projection of production volumes• Coordinating movements of production cells.
